hub1 is an open-source smart assistant platform built on ESP32 hardware. The software is provided under the MIT License and is designed to run locally on your own hardware.
3. Open Source License
hub1 software is released under the MIT License. This means you are free to:
- Use the software for any purpose
- Modify the software to suit your needs
- Distribute copies of the software
- Distribute modified versions of the software

4. User Responsibilities
When using hub1, you agree to:

5. Hardware Requirements
hub1 requires compatible hardware (ESP32 development board) to operate. You are responsible for:

- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your hardware
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
- Any errors or omissions in the software
8. Third-Party Integrations
hub1 may support integrations with third-party services and devices. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services you choose to integrate.
9. Community Contributions
If you contribute to the hub1 project, you agree that:
- Your contributions will be licensed under the MIT License
- You have the right to submit your contributions
- Your contributions do not infringe on any third-party rights
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
